Improve Your Beauty!

Many of us spend a fortune on expensive products to make our skin supple, our hair lustrous and improve acne. Although these externally-used products can bring about temporary improvement, the ultimate nourishment for your hair and skin must come from the inside through the food you eat, the supplements you take & colon cleaning. When the body is overburdened with toxins, it will try to expel some of it through the skin, contributing to acne, eczema and other skin conditions. A toxic system cannot absorb nutrients properly, which can lead not only to problem skin, but also to dull and thinning hair.

I suggest, you do the following for your skin:
1. Eat plenty of berries as they are RICH in antioxidants. Antioxidants neutralize free radicals in our bodies. Free radicals are known to be one of the primary causes of wrinkle formation.

2. Cut down on red meat consumption. Red meat has inflammatory properties. Sub-clinical inflammation is known to cause wrinkles.

3. Use a face wash with Salicylic acid as the active ingredient.

4. Drink at least 8 glasses of water daily.

5. Eat a diet rich in proteins, green vegetables and fruits. Cut down on carbohydrates. Carbohydrates turn to sugar in our body. Sugar is BAD and causes many problems on the face.

* Our skin depends on collagen, hence Vitamin C, bioflavonoids, minerals, (especially potassium) vitamin B, amino acids, etc. If digested nutrients don't reach the blood stream they cannot nourish any cell in your body including the collagen and skin cells. If the skin cells aren't nourished then they tend to sag. Digest the food properly and you'll see a dramatic improvement in the skin!!
